How do I obtain a Digital Delivery item that I purchased?

If you purchase a Digitally Delivered item the Audio or Video will be placed in the My Files folder of your account. You'll then be able to download those files at your convenience by logging on and then clicking on the My Files option on the main menu. This option will appear on the main menu when you login to your account after you purchase your first digitally delivered item. If you don't already have an account you'll be able to open one during the check out process.

Is my credit card information stored?

No, we do not collect or store your credit card information. All online payments are processed by Paypal, the safest way to pay online.

Is it safe to use my credit card in your store?
